Paige Findley

Paige’s current practice includes class actions and commercial litigation.

Paige has worked on class actions involving unconscionable conduct, professional negligence, breaches of retainer, breaches of fiduciary duties and breaches of obligations of superannuation fund trustees. She has also been involved with working with international litigation funders to investigate potential class actions.

Paige joined William Roberts Lawyers as a Law Clerk in August 2019 during her final year of law school. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in February 2020 and the High Court of Australia in March 2020.

Paige holds a Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Newcastle. Prior to commencing at William Roberts Lawyers, Paige gained experience for her Practical Legal Training at both an international commercial law firm and a community legal centre.
