Molly Kinghorn

Molly has been admitted as an Australian Lawyer and an Officer of the Supreme Court of Victoria. Prior to joining the William Roberts Team, she completed a Diploma of Legal Practice at the Leo Cussen Centre for Law, whilst concurrently gaining professional experience at a boutique law firm and volunteering at various organisations in areas of personal injury, employment law, wills and estates, and civil litigation.

Who I work with and what I do
Working alongside our experienced senior litigators and Principals across both the Melbourne and Sydney Insurance Teams, Molly maintains carriage of a variety of civil matters across several state and territory jurisdictions around Australia.

Primarily, she autonomously manages and advises on litigated motor vehicle and property damage subrogated recovery claims, and defences, on behalf of some of Australia’s largest insurance companies.

She also works closely with our young insurance lawyers and law clerks in a mentoring role.

What I like to do
When she’s not spending time with friends and family, Molly enjoys travelling, watching the footy, and being outdoors with her dog, Archie.
