Anjelica Whitelaw 

Anjelica is an insurance litigator and acts for general insurers and individuals. Prior to working at William Roberts Lawyers, Anjelica gained 4 years of civil litigation experience, specifically in personal injury law, family law and financial services. 

Currently, Anjelica is a lawyer in our Sydney Insurance Team and represents plaintiffs and defendants in subrogated recovery matters, settlements and enforcements.

Recently, Anjelica has been involved with drafting pleadings on behalf of our major insurance company clients pursuant to the rights of subrogation . She also appears in the Local Court of New South Wales and is very driven to negotiate successful outcomes in our subrogated property and motor vehicle matters.

Anjelica also mentors our Sydney law clerks as she understands that to be successful in the law, we must guide, teach and support our team members from the very start of their legal careers.

Not only does Anjelica advocate for our clients in a court room, Anjelica also advocates for Make-A-Wish Australia. Make-A-Wish Australia is a children’s charity that is close to her heart. She fundraises for this wonderful organisation in the hopes that one day all children who suffer from serious illnesses are able to experience the power of a wish - just like her younger brother David did. 

Besides her love of the law and fundraising activities, Anjelica also takes pride in representing Australia at international pageants and enjoys hosting high end fashion events within Australia.
