Katarina Dapcevic
Since commencing at William Roberts, Katarina has worked in the Class Actions Team.
Matters that Katarina has been involved in include:
- The Combustible Cladding Class Actions,
- The Sims Metal Class Action,
- The Suncorp Super Class Action,
- The MLC Super Class Action, and
- Assisting the Contradictor team in the Johnson & Johnson Mesh Class Action.
She is currently completing her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law and is expected to be admitted as a solicitor in November 2023.
Who I work with and what I do
Katarina works in the Class Actions team to support the Principals, Associates and Lawyers with various aspects of current and pipeline matters.
Her key responsibilities include:
• Discovery.
• Court book preparation.
• Preparing evidence.
• Complex legal research.
• Drafting and filing court documents; and
• Preparing briefs to counsel and experts.
What I like to do
Katarina enjoys travelling and discovering new places both locally and abroad. During her time at University, she was the President, Treasurer, and co-founder of the UTS Slavic Society. Outside of work and University, Katarina has strong ties with her Serbian and Montenegrin heritage where she volunteers at cultural events and festivals and has been involved in traditional folkloric dancing for 10 years.
