Thomas Gumley

As part of the class actions team, Thomas has assisted group members and litigation funders in achieving positive results in large and complex cases, including in product liability, shareholder, and superannuation matters. 

Who I work with and what I do
Thomas works in class actions alongside Bill Petrovski, Ding Pan and Carlos Jaramillo.

He has worked on many of William Roberts Lawyers’ largest matters, including the combustible cladding class action, the MLC Super Action, the Suncorp Super Class Action and assisted in the Johnson & Johnson Mesh Contradictor matter. 

Thomas is also extensively involved in investigating potential cases, including the potential IG Class Action. This frequently includes legal research, drafting legal documents, and co-ordinating with relevant stakeholders. 

What I like to do
With a broad range of interests including history, philosophy, miniature painting and film, Thomas enjoys reading and listening to podcasts as well as keeping active.
