Nicole is part of the Class Actions team, assisting principals and associates in representing clients and funders in complex and high-profile cases across State Supreme Courts and Federal Court of Australia.
Who I work with and what I do
Nicole works closely alongside Bill Petrovski, Ding Pan, and Joseph Braverman contributing across all stages of class action litigation, including investigations, evidence gathering, and trial preparation. Nicole is currently involved in several major class actions, including:
- IG Class Action
- Aristocrat – Social Casino Games Class Action
- Downer EDI Limited Class Action
Before transitioning into law, Nicole worked as an R&D Tax Advisor at a global consulting and advisory firm where she applied her background in chemistry and law to assist clients navigating tax incentive frameworks.
What I like to do
Nicole stays active through regular gym sessions and attending run club. She enjoys hands-on DIY projects around the house and is currently learning to paint. Outside of work, she loves travelling and spending time with family and friends.
