Settlement Approved and Proceedings Dismissed
Following a notice of proposed settlement (which is available to review at the link below but we note that it no longer has any application), on 27 October 2025 his Honour Justice Crow made orders approving the settlement of these proceedings. A copy of the Judgment containing reasons can be found here.
On 12 November 2025, the Defendant provided notification to the Court of the receipt of the settlement sum and accordingly, the proceedings have been dismissed.
