Who I work with and what I do
Gemma works in the class actions team, focusing on plaintiffs affected by misleading and deceptive conduct, negligence, breaches of the Corporations Act and Australian Consumer Law.
She assists throughout all stages of class action matters, including investigations, evidence gathering and trial preparation.
Class actions cases with which Gemma is currently involved in include:

- Aristocrat Leisure Class Action
- The Gladstone Ports Class Action
What I like to do
Gemma stays active through Pilates and soccer and loves spending time with family and friends. She is also learning how to crochet.
