Who I work with and what I do
Chantel supports principals and associates in the carriage of various complex class action proceedings in State Supreme Courts and Federal Court of Australia. Her involvement extends to the preparation of pleadings and lay evidence in active proceedings and the investigation of potential class actions, including consideration of liability and quantum points at issue.
Chantel’s previous work experience includes commercial and insurance litigation. She has assisted in the provision of advice to public and private companies and government departments on a broad range of commercial disputes, incorporating both transactional and litigious elements
What I like to do
Chantel is an avid reader and coffee-lover and spends her weekends eating good food and exploring Sydney with her dog.
