Anthony is a litigator with over a decade of experience in class actions and commercial disputes. Anthony offers exceptionally strong technical literacy in the ever-relevant financial, scientific and technological aspects of large-scale disputes. He focuses on strategy and pragmatism in achieving client and class member objectives.
Who I work with and what I do
Anthony has global experience ranging from large-scale class actions and financial disputes to complex commercial litigation. This includes acting on both sides of major financial disputes and class actions in the Federal and Supreme Courts; banking and shareholder disputes including fraud claims; professional negligence; various proceedings involving high net worth individuals (including a high-stakes and long-running contempt dispute, and a guardianship proceedings); recovery and insolvency actions; and a variety of complex commercial claims including technology matters.
Anthony has a burgeoning interest in contamination class actions and presently has a key role on two such claims.
Anthony enjoys the flexibility and fluidity of class action litigation, from efficient resource management and results-focus at the pre-action investigation, up to the management of large teams during discovery, evidence, and preparation for trial.
Anthony is on the roll of solicitors in England and Wales as well as in Australia.
What I studied
Anthony has a Bachelor of Advanced Science (Hons.) majoring in Math and Physics, and a Juris Doctor, both from the University of Sydney.
What I like to do
Anthony has interests in parenting his three children, science & technology, hiking, film & TV, cooking, economics, politics, and occasionally following major international sporting events when time permits.
