Daniel Schifter

   

Daniel is a commercial and general disputes litigator representing individual clients and corporations. He has experience working on a number of matters across different jurisdictions in Australia, both at first instance and appellate level.

Daniel has worked in the legal profession for a number of years. At these firms, he represented clients in the areas of criminal law, property law and commercial law. This has led to a broad range of experience that Daniel applies to his legal work.

Daniel has appeared at court on numerous occasions, taken responsibility for his own matters and has assisted in complex litigation cases. His focus is on delivering successful commercial outcomes according to client instructions. 

Who I work with and what I do
Being in the general disputes practice area, Daniel’s matters are varied and, amongst other things, include:

  • Civil litigation and tort matters;
  • Debt recovery action by corporations and individual clients;
  • Property disputes;Consumer protection claims; and
  • General association and corporation matters.
What I like to do
Daniel is an avid football fan, having played for many years. He also follows the Formula 1 closely. On most weekends, Daniel will be enjoying spending time with family and friends, catching up on the latest movies.
