Will is a lawyer in the Insurance Litigation team. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Australian Catholic University. Will acts for clients in both recovery and defended matters across various jurisdictions in Australia.
Who I work with and what I do
Based in the Melbourne office, Will advises clients on complex insurance disputes and manages litigation across multiple Australian jurisdictions. He regularly provides advice on pre-litigation investigations, fraudulent claims, indemnity, liability, and quantum disputes.
Will was awarded the prestigious 2026 Victorian Supreme Court Exhibition Prize for achieving the highest grade in the ACU Honours program and, his thesis paper, titled ‘Proprietary Remedies After Re Blockchain Tech: Bitcoin’s Status as Property in Australia’, received First Class Honours. Will brings this same analytical rigour and focus to delivering practical, commercially minded outcomes for his clients.
What I like to do
Outside of the office, Will stays active through running, swimming, and weekend hiking. He also enjoys catching up with friends over coffee and taking the boat out with family in Mildura. Demonstrating his commitment to leadership and community, Will has achieved the Queen’s Scout Award, the highest honour in the Venturer Scout Movement.
