She regularly appears before the Magistrates’ Court for pre-hearing conferences in motor defence proceedings.
A key strength of Ridda’s approach lies in her ability to navigate complex and contentious matters, particularly those involving suspected fraud.
Through meticulous analysis, tactical case management, and a deep understanding of insurance law, she has successfully identified fraudulent claims and mitigated exposure for insurer clients.
