Martin is a part of the Sydney Insurance team, he advises clients on subrogated recoveries and settlements in insurance matters across New South Wales and Victoria.
Martin has advised small business owners and assisted in matters concerning commercial leasing, shareholders agreements and the sale of businesses.
Who I work with and what I do
Martin handles litigation in relation to subrogated motor vehicle recoveries. He represents clients in both Plaintiff and Defendant matters in the Local Court of New South Wales and the Magistrates Court of Victoria.
What I like to do
Outside of work, Martin enjoys basketball and art. He also appreciates meaningful community initiatives and has been a frequent participant in the Salvation Army Red Shield Appeal.
