I am a commercial litigator representing insurers and individual clients.
Prior to joining William Roberts, I gained valuable commercial law experience interning at a mid-tier litigation firm.
Who I work with and what I do
My main areas of practice involve subrogated recovery matters, settlements and enforcement. I also assist the class actions team with research.
Recently, I have been involved in the following matters:
- Assisting in a large matter involving government department, including drafting pleadings and compiling and discovery of large volumes of evidence, as well as research with a particular focus on obligations under the Harmen Undertaking;
- Subrogated property and motor vehicle recoveries and settlements; and
- Complex building and constructions matters.
Where I studied
I have a Bachelor of Law (Honours)/Arts from Monash University.
What I like to do
I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exercising and anything sport related. Most weekends you will find me watching my beloved Carlton Blues or kicking a football at the local park.
