I have diverse experience in acting in matters before NCAT, the Local Court, District Court, and Supreme Court of NSW in commercial, property, and employment law, including: Acting for parishioners of an Orthodox Church in a charitable trust matter before the Supreme Court of NSW (Smolonogov v Our Lady of Kazan Russian Community of Lidcombe Inc [2020] NSWSC 1484);

  • Acting in Estate and Family Provision matters.
  • Drafting and providing advice on a variety of property and commercial transactions, including: terms and conditions, privacy policies, distribution agreements, and shareholder agreements.
  • Providing advice on unfair dismissal.
  • All aspects of wills and estates law.

Who I work with and what I do

I work with Bill Petrovski, Ding Pan, and the class actions team. I am currently involved in all aspects of the Suncorp Class Action (Kerry Michael Quirk v Suncorp Portfolio Services Limited in its capacity as trustee for the Suncorp Master Trust 2019/00193556) in the Supreme Court of NSW and the Combustible Cladding Class Actions (The Owners – Strata Plan 91086 v Fairview Architectural Pty Ltd NSD940/2019 & The Owners – Strata Plan No 87231 v 3A Composites GmbH & Anor NSD 215/2019) in the Federal Court of Australia.

I also have carriage of some commercial litigation matters for insurers in the Local Court of New South Wales.

I have an LLB (Hons) and BA (Philosophy) from Macquarie University.

What I like to do

I’ll often be rushing to work after trying to fit in a dawn surfing session.
