Kate is a law clerk in the Melbourne Insurance Litigation team at William Roberts Lawyers. She supports the team and contributes to the team across motor vehicle recovery and property disputes She provides practical advice on liability, prospects of recovery, quantum and strategy, helping clients make informed decisions at each stage of a matter.
Who I work with and what I do
Kate drafts pleadings, subpoenas, and correspondence, preparing matters for hearings and supporting efficient file progression from initial review through to resolution. She has assisted on matters involving disputed liability, uninsured loss recovery, repair and indemnity issues, and claims arising from motor vehicle accidents and property damage events.
What I like to do
Kate is a dedicated member of the Melbourne Football Club and enjoys attending football matches on weekends with family and friends. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, reading, staying active, and spending quality time with family and friends.
