Claudia is a member of the class actions team, engaged in ongoing, active class actions whilst also working on developing pipeline matters. Claudia assists Principals and Associates with representing individuals and companies in Federal and State Court Matters.
Claudia’s previous experience includes working on property law and conveyancing matters.
Who I work with and what I do
Claudia is involved in contamination class actions against companies and government entities, and cases involving illegal activity, negligence and fraud. Claudia works closely alongside Ding Pan, Oliver Gayner and Bill Petrovski and assists with class action investigations, evidence gathering, pleadings and court preparation. Claudia is actively involved in the Gladstone Ports class action and the Walton class action.
What I like to do
In her spare time, Claudia loves to paint, cook and hang out with her family and friends. Claudia is a major dog-lover, who enjoys taking her dog for long walks and spending time outdoors.
