I conduct large scale class actions and complex non-class action commercial litigation, representing plaintiffs and institutional defendants, including insurers and international litigation funders involving claims to the value of billions of dollars.
My commercial litigation and dispute resolution experience is broad and includes:

Consumer claims against National Australia Bank, 3A Composites GmbH, Fairview and Aristocrat Leisure. Financial services claim against AMP, NULIS (NAB) and Suncorp and various mass tort claims involving bushfires.
- Acting for financial institutions in contentious wholesale funding disputes, regulatory matters, contracts and guarantees, including disputes involving allegations of unconscionable conduct and misleading or deceptive conduct and corporate insolvency and personal bankruptcy;
- Advising insurers in disputes related to fraud and policy coverage, property damage, economic loss, building and construction;
- Acting for and advising liquidators, administrators and receivers from major accounting firms concerning company administration, including the negotiation and preparation of deeds of company arrangement, breach of directors’ duties and recovery of compensation for the benefit of creditors from voidable transactions and insolvent transactions;
