Anushka is an insurance Litigation Lawyer and dual admitted in Australia and New Zealand, with a particular focus on motor and general insurance disputes. Before joining William Roberts, she gained experience working in-house as a Litigation Specialist, giving her valuable perspective on disputes from both the legal and commercial sides.
Who I work with and what I do
Anushka acts for insurers clients and advises claims professionals and other stakeholders on a range of insurance and motor-related disputes. Her experience includes managing plaintiff and defendant matters, advising on liability disputes, recovery of excessive costs and helping clients navigate complex matters and finding practical, commercially focused solutions.
What I like to do
Outside of the office, Anushka can usually be found trying out a new restaurant or a café, exploring farmers markets and spending time with friends.
