Nicholas Graham

 

I have many years’ litigation experience acting for general insurers on complex property recoveries, fraud and indemnity disputes, debt recovery, bankruptcy and insolvency and dual insurance across a range of product lines including, home and contents, commercial property and strata, contract works, industrial special risks and domestic builders warranty.

I also act for private clients in civil claims involving breach of contract, domestic building disputes, debt recovery, bankruptcy and insolvency, negligence, misleading and deceptive conduct and defending clients against criminal claims arising under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

Who I work with and what I do
As a member of the Insurance team, I provide advice on an array of large and complex property matters that involve building practitioners, surveyors, engineers, landlords, tenants, adjoining property owners and public authorities arising from fire, water inundation, earth movement, defective workmanship and product liability perils.

Where I studied
I have a Juris Doctor from RMIT University.

What I like to do
I live in Bayside, Melbourne with my young family who enjoy going to the beach, cycling and sipping lattes at the local cafés.
