I am a commercial litigator and have represented individuals and corporations predominately in the class actions and insurance law space.
Who I work with and what I do
I have assisted in the preparation of complex advices in relation to shareholder and consumer law class actions. These advices have considered issues relating to liability, quantum, and cross-border enforcement.
I have prepared complex advices in life insurance and home builder warranty insurance matters, drafted pleadings and prepared an array of other court documents.
Moreover, I have been involved in matters involving cyber security breaches.
I have appeared in the Supreme Court of Victoria, District Court of Western Australia and the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria.
Where I studied
I have a Bachelor of Laws from Deakin University and I am completing a Master of Laws on a scholarship with Deakin University.
What I like to do
I enjoy watching Essendon and Manchester United. I also enjoy politics and reading. I am in a continuous process of collecting books for the purpose of building a substantial personal library. At the moment, I have collected over 1000 books.
