Ding Pan

Ding is an Accredited Specialist (Commercial Litigation) with experience in insurance, construction and complex and class action litigation.

Ding’s key experience includes:

  • Acting in class actions, including shareholder actions, as well as mass tort and consumer actions.
  • Advising litigation funders and insures as to prospects of potential class actions. 
  • Acting and advising builders, developers and owners on property, building and construction disputes involving high quantum and intricate questions of law in the Supreme Court of NSW and the Court of Appeal. 
  • Acting for high profile individuals in multi-party Supreme Court proceedings involving alleged breaches of directors’ and officers’ duties and alleged misleading and deceptive conduct. 
  • Acting for contractors on disputes arising from major construction projects such as the Gold Coast desalination project and the Wollar to Wellington transmission line project. 
  • Acting on property damage and insurance fraud matters. 
  • Achieving successful outcomes for businesses and individuals involved in general commercial disputes. 
  • Acting and advising on liability claims against building contractors. 
  • Advising on disputes arising from commercial and property transactions.
